We currently have only 1 Spot left for bunkers larger then 1000sq ft for 2013 year. So if your serious about getting a bunker, please let us know , once the 1 last spot is taken, there will be nothing open till 2014/2015. All bunkers are built from scratch ON SITE right in front of the client. We dig the hole, pour the concrete, and build the entire unit with 13 traveling certified welder employees right in the hole on the slab, that way the customer is there thru the entire process. We no longer build bunkers in our plant, we do it right in the hole. So we have 1 spot left for 2013. The current bunkers we are building onsite are very large. We are also building houses with secret doors and entrances over these bunkers. House/Bunker Combos is our specialty and large metal buildings. We have Lisc Builders on payroll houses from 3,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft.

Yes there is a MONSTER steel hatch at surface level that you have to get thru to get down the stairs to the 2nd blast door. Upper door is solid steel and has bank vault type bolts inside(no ones getting in even with explosives!) Then they have to face the second door if they did, some units have 3 before they get in!

Our fall out shelters are made of steel. We backfill with concrete. Concrete units alone have a tendency to crack and leak. This creates mold. We have incorporated a beautiful structure inside the concrete so you don't have those issues. It's the best of both worlds!
Condos take up to 20 weeks to build. These are custom, underground, stick built homes built inside of our fall out shelters. They are the same as luxury homes above ground. Sizes are available from 1,000 to 30,000 sq. ft.
