All our underground condos are engineered and built by highly experienced craftsmen using only the finest building materials available. Our underground condos offer all the amenities of a standard home including full kitchens, decadent bathrooms, fine floor finishes, lighting fixtures, wall finishes and of course, an NBC filtration system that works in conjunction with our HVAC units. All of our units are connected to your existing drain field or we can install a new one if necessary. Fresh water tanks in a variety of sizes are available. We also offer a variety of power sources. Our fall out shelters are made of steel. We backfill with concrete. Concrete units alone have a tendency to crack and leak. This creates mold. We have incorporated a beautiful structure inside the concrete so you don't have those issues. It's the best of both worlds!

Condos take up to 20 weeks to build. These are custom, underground, stick built homes built inside of our fall out shelters. They are the same as luxury homes above ground. Sizes are available from 1,000 to 30,000 sq. ft.
