We currently have only 1 Spots left for bunkers larger then 1000sq ft for 2013 year. So if your serious about getting a bunker, please let us know , once the 1 last spot is taken, there will be nothing open till 2014/2015. All bunkers are built from scratch ON SITE right in front of the client. We dig the hole, pour the concrete, and build the entire unit with 13 traveling certified welder employees right in the hole on the slab, that way the customer is there thru the entire process. We no longer build bunkers in our plant, we do it right in the hole. So we have 1 spot left for 2013. The current bunkers we are building onsite are very large. We are also building houses with secret doors and entrances over these bunkers. House/Bunker Combos is our specialty and large metal buildings. We have Lisc Builders on payroll houses from 3,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft.Most common bunker sold 1300 sq ft.. Video of it complete below!

Our bunker doors can withstand 650mph winds, 770 mph debris impacts, all tested on tv for the world to see! Don't put your family at risk for a cheap KNOCKOFF...
Our bunkers start at 3ft bury depth, the deeper you go, the more expensive they are, it changes the thickness of the steel and the C-Channel Exo Skeleton. The max bury depth is 25 ft.

Comparing our Deep Earth Bunker with our Condo!
A Deep Earth Bunker is a Fall Out Shelter with the basics. You can however
add anything you want to it. Some options include; Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bio
filters etc. They can be built up to 30,000 sq. ft. in size. They are then
buried underground and encased with steel and concrete. These units are a
lower cost version of our condos.
A Condo is a completely finished house underground. Like a house above
ground they consist of drywall, hard wood floors, high end kitchen,
bedrooms, laundry room, living room and hot tub. We can even build a
billiards room, theater room or underground pool in these units. It is stick
built by our custom home builder. Construction will include bio filtration
units becoming a premiere high tech fall out shelter.

30,000 sq. feet just like our underground houses.
Please note- Bathrooms and Kitchens can only be added to units longer then
30ft.

Leveling Pad... Even though we are on solid bedrock that is 6 foot thick,
we still need to pour about 20 yards of concrete to level the bottom. This
site is in the side of a mountain. We dug one end down real low to get our
equipment in and out of the hole. After the unit is installed, we will bring
the entire grade back up 13 feet so it will appear as it was before we
started!
