When shopping around for a bunker, please ask the right questions!  What can the doors handle? Have they been explosive tested? DO you have Engineers on staff that design these things!!  Please ask questions.. Our bunkers come with MULTIPLE blast doors and blast walls, all tested on TV, one test included 4 lbs of C-4!  Our bunker doors can withstand 650mph winds, 770 mph debris impacts, all tested on tv for the world to see! Our bunkers start at 3ft bury depth, the deeper you go, the more expensive they are, it changes the thickness of the steel and the C-Channel Exo Skeleton. The max bury depth is 25 ft.

A survellince Helicopter, that sends video into your bunker on a 19 inch lcd screen, computer controlled from inside the bunker, these MASSIVE heli's can fly hundreds of feet in the air with smooth precision, and have enough power to hold a high end video camera and a remote wireless sending unit, we are also working on a autopilot landing system, and a recharge box that comes out of the ground to land in for safe keeping!  3 have been built so far for clients. Comparing our Deep Earth Bunker with our Condo!

A Deep Earth Bunker is a Fall Out Shelter with the basics. You can however add anything you want to it. Some options include; Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bio filters etc. They can be built up to 30,000 sq. ft. in size. They are then buried underground and encased with steel and concrete. These units are a lower cost version of our condos.

A Condo is a completely finished house underground. Like a house above ground they consist of drywall, hard wood floors, high end kitchen, bedrooms, laundry room, living room and hot tub. We can even build a billiards room, theater room or underground pool in these units. It is stick built by our custom home builder. Construction will include bio filtration units becoming a premiere high tech fall out shelter.

Please note- Bathrooms and Kitchens can only be added to units longer then 30ft.

 Leveling Pad... Even though we are on solid bedrock that is 6 foot thick, we still need to pour about 20 yards of concrete to level the bottom. This site is in the side of a mountain. We dug one end down real low to get our equipment in and out of the hole. After the unit is installed, we will bring the entire grade back up 13 feet so it will appear as it was before we started!
